Who takes over the SAF of Botafogo?
Botafogo de Futebol e Regatas is without a president after John Textor's departure. The decision of the FGV Arbitration Chamber was provisional and may be reviewed on April 29.
The Botafogo SAF indicated Durcesio Mello to exercise the function of Interim General Director. He is an ally of Textor and will have the mission of handling the Judicial Recovery process filed with the Justice.

The decision to remove Textor from the control of Botafogo was made after notification by Eagle Bidco to the Chamber about possible irregularities by the American in the management of the SAF.
